2. Definitions

“Services” refers to consulting, training, and support in IT security and digital literacy.
“Digital Materials” refers to e-books, video courses, and downloadable guides.
“Physical Items” refers to merchandise, kits, and hardware sold via SafeTopCyber.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our offerings in accordance with applicable law and industry best practice. You will not engage in any activity that compromises platform integrity or security.

4. Ordering and Fees

All offerings are subject to availability. Fees are listed at SafeTopCyber.com. Charges are processed upon order confirmation. You must provide accurate billing and contact information.

5. Refund Policy

SafeTopCyber strives for high satisfaction. Refund requests must be submitted via Contact Form or by calling +14165433027.

5.1 Services

Requests made within 48 hours of service purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided no work has been delivered. If schedule adjustment is needed, you may reschedule once at no extra charge by notifying us at least 72 hours before the session.

5.2 Digital Materials

Requests made within 14 days of download are eligible for a refund, provided less than 20% of content has been accessed. After that period or access threshold, refunds will not be granted due to the nature of digital delivery.

5.3 Physical Items

Unused and unopened items may be refunded within 30 days of delivery confirmation. You are responsible for shipping back to our facility in original packaging. Once received and inspected, your payment method will be reimbursed.

5.4 Non-Refundable Offerings

Advanced enterprise assessments and personalized security audits are final sale due to the customized nature of work performed. No refund is provided because resources and scheduling are committed upon purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs at SafeTopCyber remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

7. Disclaimers

All offerings are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

SafeTopCyber and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our offerings, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute will be subject to courts in Vancouver, BC.
